Rainbow SLC 265 - need amp to pair with

I'm getting the Rainbow SLC 265's, replacing the crappy Infinity Kappas.

I'm looking for an amp, and I found this 2-channel amp JL Audio on Crutchfield.

I would like to stick with JL Audio, (to match with my subs/amp) will this be sufficient?
