Rainbow or Focal?

Is it worth it to pay ~$100 more for the Rainbow CS 265 Profi, then to get the Focal K2 Power 165 KF (not K2P)? They will both be ran passive, with an amp capable of doing 200W x 2 @ 4.

I have heard the Focal before and liked it, but was just wondering if the extra $100 was worth it for the Rainbow.

Both awesome sets of components. I'd rate them the same as you have them listed.

If you got the Profi Kickbass version, I'd go with the Rainbows.
