the 4150xxk is another good amp, you have the option to bi-amp 4x80w or 160x2 @4 ohms i think. not sure. too lazy to check the arc website lol

So I ran into some issues involving depth and what not, so I'm relocating my speakers. Time to whip out the fiberglass, should be a fun project. Picking up resin and cloth today... funnn

I ask because ...should I be getting barely any midbass... I feel as tho something is wrong. I have a 8445 for a cd deck and im running these off my friend's boss595... i know im running these things on a terrible amp, waiting on a sundown or arc....

I just posted some info in this germ thread over in the amp section.

Like I mentioned there, I am getting some great midbass (kicks are awesome) with a mostly sealed door. I would think that being basically an IB setup, the more volume the woofer are in the better. Also, go for 150+ watts, as the 75-90 just don't seem to do these comps any justice. This week, I am going to mess around with biamping and play with crossover points some. Might even get bored and try running them active to see how they compare.

Need to spend my limited time getting the sub reinstalled, but will post some of my results, and will get some pics up of the install this week hopefully.

If you are looking at the arc's, seriously consider looking at the Zed deuces (zedaudio.com). Can't tell you how pleased I am with the pairing of the zed w/burr brown and the germs. Though, I hear a lot of great things about sundown, and of course arcs are top of the line.

thanks for the lengthy response! But even if they were designed for an infinite baffle setup, shouldn't the small sealed pod box have them producing some midbass?
