Radio interference with hifonics amp

[crossfire2k5 10+ year member]

I have a hifonics brutus 1500d. When I had it installed in my acrua rsx it produced significant interference with my radio reception. previously I had a sony amp installed without the problem. How can I fix this? will I encounter the same problem with a different car?
