Radio Antenna has bad reception.

I have a Pioneer FH-X720BT for my 2012 Honda Civic LX. I had accidentally cut the factory harness off. And mickey mouse an antenna plug-in. It picks up local stations but not clearly. No AM. I'll include a picture of my wire setup below so u guys can get a better look.theres another wife coming from the same place where the antenna wire is. And runs to the harness. Any idea what it is and do I need to have it going to the ant too. Thanks

The solid blue wire should be for automatic/motorized antenna/go to antenna motor only,not connected to antenna wiring .Looks like you may have damaged the antenna wiring,and you may need to replace it.You may try soldering those wires back together and heat shrink them or just replace it.Cant tell with all the tape and whats been done under the tape

If you do not have an automatic antenna/motor..that blue wire should be crimped/caped off /not used.You should be able to Google your wiring diagram for your radio th get the wiring diagram as well
