qyestion about amp for speakers?

the audiobahn as69Q as series and the as65Q as series. the 6 by 9's say 200 watt rms. and the 6.5 say 100 watt rms, is that for the pair or for one speaker. would a 150 watt rms X 4 be good for these?thanks
