"Free Box Plans" Questions

After asking for designs from other peeps on other forums and getting nothing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif I've been fortunate enough to find this forum and the free box plans. I'm thinking about building a box as per one of the free designs now...don't know how it will sound but I'm a bit curious. So...I see a lot of different designs but I'm wondering if the design has one sub does it have to be one sub or can i mount 2 subs and same for the designs that have no subs illustrated?
