quik RCA High/low convertor question???

I need to use a RCA convertor because i have a stock HU and i was wondering how to hook it up to the rear speakers without affecting them on acount of they are aftermarket??? Is there any other way to connect it??

I don't guess I understand exactly what you're asking here.

What is powering the aftermarket speakers you speak of? The HU? And if so is that going to change or are they going to be amplified?

Commonly an LOC (Line Out Converter - the actual name of the piece of equipment you're asking about) is connected at the rear of the factory HU to the speaker output wires there.

Sometimes for convenience people will tap into the rear speaker wires as they are easier to access in the trunk without having to disassemble the dashboard....is that what you're talking about?

Tapping into the speaker wires where they attach to the aftermarket speakers you've installed?
