QUIK Q - will a cadence txa 1000 remote bass knob work on a PA a3000db amp?

Looking to buy an amp so I can give some more power to my woofers but it doesnt come with the remote bass knob, was curious if I could use one of the ones I have for my txa 1000d or even my kicker kx 650.4 for that matter, if they are a true bass remote knob and have the same plug will it work perfectly?

Can't guarantee that both amps use the same circuit design for the remote. If they don't, it won't work and might damage the amp.

I agree with the circut board statement.

It will probably plug in. I think all *bass remote's* are made the same as far as plugging in.. Might read it differnt tho.

I would bet not, my friend tried to use mine on his kicker 750.1. Didnt damage it but didnt work either.

not all are the same, mine uses like a normal headphone jack
