hi i have a 1999 ford escort which i think is a 70 amp alt. i went to bridge my 2 12s. (parelle).with my amp being only 580 watts and with my radio at 35 or so i saw a steady 12.3 -13.5 volts back and fort (no light dim asfar as i know). what should i do.?i know big 3. how about a battery for up font? any one know what will fit and work with my car? ( i was checking my volt read with a cigg lighter plug in metter. walmart 20 bucks) please help

lol thanks. yea what he said. i got a power acoustik 1440 so that will be my bass amp i wont be bridgeing the amp.

In an Escort, the big 3 will help alot. The factory ground and power wires are tiny, 8 gauge I think. I know the batteries are pretty small in those cars, and not alot of room for a bigger one size wise, but you should be able to find one with a higher amp rating in the same case size.

see thats what i was thinking. just a better battery up front would work. any one got a link to a battery. under 150 shipped to my house.
