quick

i got 2 12 inch pyle 800 watt peak 400 rms each and got a amp thats brigeble to 400 but my other and is brigeble to only 200 if i hooked it up u think it would be good.
Granted your amp trully does put out 400 watts, and the speakers trully can handle the rated RMS. Sure it will produce bass.

But I would not consider it good. Pyle is very low end equipment and will not "sound" good.

Let me get this straight.

You have two subs and two amps. The two subs are rated at 400wrms. One amp is rated at 400wrms. The other amp is rated at 200wrms. Yes?

In that case, take the bigger amp, hook both subs up to it, and ignore the smaller amp for now. I hope it sounds good to you, but please consider a different brand of subwoofer for your next install..
