Quick wiring question

I want to run 1/0 back to my amp but want a distro block also. If i have 1/0 going in and 2 4ga coming out to the amps will that really affect it that much. Say as opposed to having 1/0 in and 1/0 out. a difference? or insignificant?

Going 1/0awg into a distro with 4awg coming out is pretty commo. As long as 4awg is adequate to feed the amps then you're gold. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

They should be fine, especially considering they're probably shorter. What amp(s) will they feed?

yeah, most of the time u just need the 1/0 to run to the back cause it has a further distance to go... from the d-block, you then use short runs of 4ga to the amps... unless you have a very beastly amp
