Quick wiring question

I've never bridged an amp before, but I'm sure it's not difficult, I just need somebody to confirm my wiring.

I've got a 4-channel amp that puts out 130Wx1 @ 4 Ohms, and a SVC 4 Ohm woofer.

Basically I just wire all 4 + terminals to the + on the woofer and all for - terminals to the - on the woofer?

I've been searching the forums and read that I should do exactly what you just said...but those were all two channel examples?

So even though it's a 4-channel amplifier I only bridge 2 channels? I guess two 50W bridged outputs would be about 130W...

I'll have to dig up the manual when I get home to be sure.

if you have a four channel amp that makes 130x1@4ohms, that's a two channel combined. for example, when you bridge channels one and two, you will be using a positive terminal from channel one and a negative terminal from channel two. but that is an example, could be vice versa on different amps. i've never seen all channels combined, but i could be wrong.
