I just put one in and I only have $130 in it and my friend is willing to give me 350 for it. Should I?

You probably won't get $350 considering you have to ship it...maybe $350 shipped if it's mint, but not $350 after it's all said and done. It's a good sub though, and if you're using it(and liking it), why sell it? Are you trying to get louder or just looking for a new setup?

well i would like to get something louder. any 12s out there for 200 or less that will stack up to it? im working with about 1500 watts

200 each? sundown and incriminator audio are some good choices
