I just hooked up my sub today and before I send it power want to make sure something is ok. 99% just want to be safe.

When wiring 1 DVC 2ohm subwoofer to 1ohm, is it ok to have both positive and negative from the same voice coil with speaker wire coming out to the terminal?

This is what 12volt shows. It has the negative coming from one voice coil to the terminal and the positive from the other vc to the terminal. I ran low on speaker wire and have my pos/neg from same voice coil running to the terminal.

Is this ok or do I need to change this?
