It means the domain they sent you a link to is probably a little chinese guy sitting in bangcock somewhere waiting get get your CC numbers so he can order a new motherboard or some shit.

It it was from iwon it would have been a link direct to them, be careful as this is very common with paypal and googlepay also now. I manage 8 web servers and see thousands of them trying to get through a day.
