well one amp im looking at is rated at 1.3ohms, the charts in the forum say it will be 1.ohm does that mean it will not be getting that power that its rated for 1.3

In theory your speakers will be getting more power. However one third of an ohm shouldn't matter. Your voice coils aren't exactly 4 ohms anyway probably closer to 3.7 . When you hook them up just make sure your amp doesn't go into protection mode, or get too hot.

factor in imp rise as well so theoretically you will see a higher impedence than 1ohm. probly like 1.5 or more.
