quick question

i currently have nero ultra on my computer, i run into problems when trying to use it to backup files on my computer because it will not recognize some of the diff file types and let me burn them to the disk. im looking for another program i can d/l to do basicly the same thing. any help would be appreciated.

Roxio easy cd creator is what me and my mom use, it works great for everything.
