Quick Question jw

I have had different amps in the past, but they have never got to a point where if you put your hand on it, its so hot that you can't leave your hand on there for more than 5-10 seconds cause it almost burns your hand for christ sakes. Well i have had this alpine pdx 1.1000 for about a month im running a Alpine 12" type x on it, and this amp gets so hot you cannot keep your hand on it for more than 5 seconds its so hot. Iso answers please ):
