Quick Question. Getting 2 G5's Tomorrow

Ok well I'm getting 2 brand new 12" G5's in a sealed box tomorrow for $500 and he's going to set my gains properly.

The only problem I have is that they are SVC 4 Ohm subs. I wanted DVC subs. But is DVC better than SVC subs in anyway besides the fact that you can wire them to 1 ohm and below? I only plan on running them at 2 ohms anyway. Let me know what you think.

I think crutchfield has these subs onsale 2 for 400 right now and im pretty sure free shipping and they are the dual voice coils.

Yeah I've already seen them but if I go to the dealer the guy said he would match any online price besides ebay and he would install them and set my gains properly for a little less than 500. I'll probably be able to squeeze some better speaker wire, a cap and the wiring for the cap out of him for 500. And I don't really feel like waiting for them to be shipped.

Edit: 406er right now I have a Memphis MCD500 but I plan on upgrading to a Memphis 1100 rms mono block soon.

my lights dim though. i planned on doing the big 3 or something to upgrade my electrical system but idk im not rly worrying about that now. i just wanted a cap to band aid my electrical problem.
