I'm going to start my box pretty soon, i was thinking about putting a baffle on the front, i love the flush mount look
the only problem is i think i cant go much over what the dimensions are right now...and seeing how my Q has a diameter of 15.625..with the hole cut out there would only be about 1/16" of wood on the top and bottom...would there be a risk of it splitting or making it weaker at those points?
