Quick question about installation..

I have a 1995 Izusu Rodeo, And I have a stock deck, I was wondering if it was possible to hook up an amp to it, I know there isnt any RCA cables in the back of the stock deck, but are there like harnesses, or cross over wires that I could hook it up? get a converter(high freq to low freq)...tap it in to your speaker wires

that little box should have the rca outputs you looking for...

then hook the amp up..

OK cool, so in that picture that black wire is the ground??? so is the installation pretty easy? I mean I know how to hook up an amp, and install a deck, but I never messed with an line output converter.
