Is 56.25in^2 enough port area for 2 12" type r's in 4.0ft^3 @36hz? Going in the back of a lancer..sub and port firing back, port is in the middle of both subs. I'm at 30" wide right now but don't really wanna go too much wider, the box is also 14" tall.

my type r 12 sounded good with around 40 square inches of port. but that was only one twelve. if you can do more, go for it but 56 aint bad either.

Went to 31" wide and 14.5 high, internally that'd be 29.5x13, leaving me with 5.5x13 for the port..totaling 71.5in^2 of port area, hopefully that's good enough. Thanks!
