made a quick demo last night after sparring so that people kenw what i practiced. this was a normal practice session, except it was late at night and this was about 2 minutes out of 30 minutes and that i was in my room instead of at the gym. at 18ish and 1:09 seconds, you'll see that i nearly jank my ankle on the dresser the camera is sitting on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif . another thing: there are two slowed down clips (first at 50 secs, second at 59 secs) (the rest of the vid is slowed too cause WMM was being gay) and who ever can tell me (first clip where hand looks like a beak):
