I am wondering if a component set has an rms of 100watts does that mean the tweeter is 5orms and the mid range is 50 rms 2. or does the croosover divide up the power?

Infinity kappa component set handles 90 watts rms. The tweet is 50 watts rms and the mid is 90 watts rms. I am powering them with a JL 300/2. As long as you use the crossover the power handling is for both speakers. Look in owners manual or call manufacture.
