Quick Computer Question

I just completely restored my computer, and i started reinstalling programs, and some of the programs are starting up on restart, and I don't want that. Usually you can find the box to check that says "start on startup" but i can't find it for MSN Messenger, or my Kodak EasyShare program. Where else can I find my list of programs that start on startup? I tried looking in my control panel but can't find it.

Start>Run>msconfig

Go to startup and uncheck everything you dont want running.
