Quick amp question

I am not sure if this is the right section for me to post this question, sorry if it isn't, but anyways. I recently modded an 250w ATX ps so that I can use it as a bench supply. What I was wandering is would it be safe to hook up a pretty low power amp to it, an 800w american pro 2 channel 30 amp fuse in the back. I won't be blasting it or anything I just want to power it up and maybe run it at a low volume for not very long. The ps provides about 13a max at 12v and I will only be running it with the gains at min. at either 4 ohms bridged or even just 4 ohms on one of the two channels. Again, sorry if this is the wrong section still new getting used to the rules.

The 13 amps might be to little to run the amp. but it's worth a try

As long as it wont damage the amp I want to give it a try. I'm just a little worried about hooking it up and possibly ruining the amp. I wont be turning it up or anything just powering it up and maybe running it at a very low volume.

do it all the time for testing just keep the gains/level low. if u try to push it too hard most power supplys will kick off
