Quick 9856 Question

installed it in my Tacoma today and everything works fine except the faceplate doesn't open when I push the open button. Does anyone know if their is tape or something from the factory that holds the faceplate in place that I should have removed prior to installation. I just don't feel like taking my car's dash apart for the 3rd time today.

Is it a full motorized face? Are you trying to say that when you hit eject that face doesnt move or that you cant remove the faceplate?

When I push the open buttom, the faceplate does not fold down. I don't think it is motorized.
