If you have your truck in park and your 4x4 shift in neutral, does this cancel the truck being in park and allows it to role? This probably a weird question, but my shifter for my 4x4 got stuck when I was just checking it. It was stuck in 4H and took me a while to get it back to 2H. But I remeber putting it in park and the 4x4 was in neutral and it started rolling backwards down my driveway. I thought it to be odd since the truck was in park. I hope their is nothing wrong, replaced differential 2yrs ago.

Don't know. Maybe find a 4x4 forum. Probably get a quick responce.

The transfer case is after the transmission, so I would think that yes, the transfer case being in neutral would cause this problem.
