now im assuming this is probably alot more complicated than just getting an answer but ill see what u guys know
as alot of people ive seen talk about on here how the in car spl will increase with the windows down mine has always been like that. Now i just started deadening about 2 weeks ago and now have 2 gallons of v.3 in the trunk 20sqft of xtreme on the rear deck and 40sqft of v1se on the roof. The "windows down" effect is so big now that with them up the spl nearly totally diminishes, and with them down it comes back. What would be the right direction to go, if any, to remedy this problem? At the moment my subs are each ported at 33hz, in general would a higher or lower tuning fix this? or am i sol as far as this goes. Thanks guys
