question on deciding between two decks

ok i have a cheap indash screen i think it is made by jensen and then i have an alpine deck i beleive cra-7995 im not sure wich to use i plan on getting into going to shows for spl being in the lower classes does it really make a difference on which deck i use i would like to use the tv juss for looks but quality on the alpine is alot better i also have an eq i hook up when using a tv if that matters, so i guess the basic question is if i want my system to be as loud as possible which deck should i use the alpine or the screen
