Question for Alarm Installers Re: Signal Light on 791xv

Im having a little issue with my alarm remote. Every function of the alarm works perfectly, but my alarm remote displays the 'unlock/disarm' icon at all times, regardless of whether the system is armed or not. It also will not display the remote start icon.

Everything was working perfectly earlier, but in the process of rearranging and hiding all the wiring I managed to encounter this problem with the remote.

Its not in valet mode nor is anything bypassed. All the wiring is in perfect order. The remote will display both the transmit and receive signals upon an action, followed by just the signal icon, which flashes 3 times while the remote beeps 3 times.

Any ideas installers? Ive been searching all over trying to find out what I did.

Bad remote.

The remote was working fine right before I started working on it.

I actually just got back in from fixing it. There was a problem in the antenna wire, everything works great now though!

yeah was gonna say make sure everything is pushed in tight.
