Question about travlers cheques

Does anyone know if you need to have your name on travlers checks in order to cash them. OR are they just a blank statement that you can cash for cash?

No, someone wants to send me 1,000 in travlers checks, and i was wondering if you need to have your name printed on them in order to cash them, or if they are just a blank check that any one can cash.

No, its for a payment, because im selling them something and they are going to pay me in travlers checks. Reguardless of them beeing fake, the question was weather or not you have to have your name on them in order to cash them, or do they just come blank and anyone can cash them.

ok it just sounded like the ever so frequent internet scam... but no when you spend them you have to sign them but anyone can use them its not exactly filled out to you
