I've got an MB Quart 1500w amp, and in the very near future I'm going to purchase an HDC3 18 d2. I don't have the electrical to run the full 1500, so i'm gonna run it at 4ohms to break it in, and take it easy on my electrical until I can get it all upgraded, my question to you guys is this.
My box is currently ~6ft@32hz after displacement, but these AQ drivers can take way more than 1500 watts, so I was thinking about making my box bigger so it would be more efficient, since I'm not even close to running enough power to bottom it out or damage it in any way.
So, would you recommend making the box larger and if you do, how much larger would you make the box?
