Question about running audio and video without turning car on.

Was wondering what is needed to run all my audio and video by plugging my car in to a regular electrical outlet. I have 12 TV's, 2 amps, subs, 6 other speakers, and lighting thru out. The problem is when I do indoor car shows, I'm not allowed to start the car and turn everything on. I have seen guys at indoor shows run an extension cord usually to the rear bottom of the car (under the trunk). They never start the car and they run everything all day. Also is this something I can install? I like doing my own mods to my car, and I have done some small audio installs in the past.

There are various types to choose from. Some can be mounted inside the car and just wired up to a relay and be plugged in under the car(helps hide everything).

Thanks, would you happen to have any links to what I'm looking for? I have a battery charger but it wont fit in the trunk with the way my set up is. Is there something compact I could use to hide, my battery is in my trunk (06 Charger). I guess worst case scenario I could put charger on the floor under the car and try to figure out how to run cables to battery in my trunk. Thanks again

Stinger, Kinetik, and a few other companies all make them. Just do a quick google search and you find what you are looking for.
