Question about rear speakers

I have a 1992 nissan sentra i upgraded the stock rear speakers with 6 1/2 3 ways.I was wondering if to leave them in the stock holes in the trunk or to build too small boxes and mount them external or just rely on the front door speakers and horns for midbass and highs and leave the holes in trunk for the sub bass to enter the cabin.The reason for my concern is that the pressure from my sub in trunk affects how they sound in some sounds.
