I was told that best buy, circuity city and other big installers use a website that give instructions on tearing a car down and wiring for alarms cd playars and other car audio video related things. Would anyone happen to know the website ?

most of them are password protected.

but you can check installdr.com

also when you get a dash kit, from metra/bestkits/etc. they usually include instructions on how to take apart the dash.
