question about icon 10 and fi q 10

I was wondering which one sounds better in a small sealed enclosure, I want sq but I want it loud. I only have a small enclosure, .7ft^3. I just can't decide on the 2 of them. Can anyone help me that has had experience with both of them or if they have had one tell me what they thought of it compared to other subs they have had in the past.

Thanks,

Craig

.2-.6CuFt after all displacements is what is recommended for sealed for the 10" Q.

I also asked about the Icon and Q over on SSA a while back and this is what I got for a reply.

"To be honest, the ICON and the Q will do pretty similar. The ICON can play a little deeper, the Q a little louder and a little more power handling. Both are great choices for high power SQ subs."

The specs on the 2 subs are near identical.

To get the Q to play equally low then it likes a little larger box... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I don't think either way you could go wrong. But, personally I would go with the Q. I love mine...

denim, what enclosure do you reccomend? I am putting this in the small extra area in the back of an 02 ***** Am WS6, I want to still be able to use the t tops. I am pretty set on the icon also.. Where do I find info on the AA Havok?
