So i shipped some cable on April 2nd and here it is April 16th and no delivery. I called and the dude said it was most likely lost and i need to file a claim. The declared value was $100. Here is the problem:
If i refund the buyer (which i will do, of course), the buyer is even, while i am out of $100 worth of product.
Is it possible to claim for lost revenue and lost product in the same claim?
