Question about an amp

Can anyone tell me if this is a good amp to power a couple 12's or 15's. I really know nothing about amps but the price seems great for the wattage.

Most general questions ever posted around here I swear.... and no I'd say that amp is a piece of **** and it is a four channel you probably want a two channel or mono...
