Question about a t-line and a high fs sub

So I have a pair of skar vd-8's I want to play around with. They have an fs of 52hz. So simple quick math of 1130/52/4 equals 5.4ft long line roughly. From past experience that doesn't seem like I would get much low end from that scenario. So how dependent is the length on the fs of the sub? Will it still play well allthough it is "tuned" so high? Thanks guys.... That one just doesn't seem right.

I would try it at 35 or so. There's no pressurization (virtually, if correct) at any frequency, so tuning should make a huge difference in the way the sub performs. So if tuned to 30 or 50 hz, the sub's movement wouldn't act much differently, it sure would sound way different though.

OP the SD is 30.66sqin, so 61.32sqin total. Go slightly smaller than sd if you can get the line area spot on Everyone is pretty spot on, but I'd actually go to 32hz-33hz for tuning. After about a year of use I pulled the t/s using my Dayton setup. Skar's listed parameters are way off in the first place, but the fs dropped a ton.

Here's the T-line I did for my zvx-8
