Question about 4 chan. amp or my speakers

If the speakers I'm looking at are 75 watts each with a 2ohm impedance... Would the correct amp be 75 watts x 4 chan @ 2ohms?

Thanks
Not really, just because the speakers can "handle" 75watts (that's a question to begin with), it doesn't mean you _have_ to have that much. At the same time, having more power is usually better as having too much power gives you more head room for dynamics and also makes sure that amplifier THD is very low at all times. (if the amplifier is rated for 75watt RMS power, this means with 75watt output, THD is about 1%, which is audible).

What kind of power would you recommend?
