Quadrasubs???

Hey there folks! Has anyone here every heard about a company called Quadrasub? They have a 22" square sub that they say can handle 4800watts RMS. I looked over the site and they don't seem to have any TS parameters or prices up. The sub has 4 motor structures...each with a 4" voice coil. With 4 seperate motor structures, wouldn't you end out with inconsistantcy between the motors? It seems as if they aren't going to all activate at the same time. Sure they may be off by a millisecond, but that over time will cause the sub to sound all muffled and stretch out the cone. What do you guys think about it? Umm I think this is appropriate here....

I dont see that thing doing very well with 4 seperate voice coils.
