i had a 6 month long battle with outer ear infections from doing that.. i ended up finding the cure on the interwebz...filling my ear with half rubbing alcohol and half vinegar.

It hurt like a bish...

i think i made a thread about it.

nonetheless, it worked.

Honestly though, nothing beats a good clean ear. I just licked my pinkey and went to town. I feel much better now!
