Q's about the Eclipse XA5000

So I am possibly looking into an Eclipse XA5000. I am having an issue finding exact answers over how it can be wired.

It can do (50 watts RMS x 4 + 300 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms), (75 watts RMS x 4 + 450 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms) and from what I understand (150 watts RMS x 2 bridged output + 450 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms)

The issue I cant figure out is that in the manual, it states that to run bridged, I must flip the "mono switch" to on. Does this mean that I will have no stereo imaging?

Anyone have experience with this amp?

No, it's just a way of tell the amp you're bridging it and that the signal will be combined into one. chs 1 and 2 combine for 1 mono signal (or your left input) and chs 3 and 4 combine for another mono signal (or your right input). Therefore giving you L/R separation.

Yeah, I just figured that out with the help of the seller.

Thanks though. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
