Okay so the thing attached to the positive terminal I am guessing is to not let below a certain frequency come through?

If I am running active do I need to use this or just bypass it?

That fuse is used only if the mids and highs will be on the same channel.

If going active that fuse will not be used since the mids and highs will be on two different channels allowing the headunit or amp to cut out frequencies before hitting the speaker.

Alright that is what I thought but was just making sure. So should I just connect my wire to the terminal with the fuse still attached or take it off?
