Qestion about painting & priming box with flush rings

I almost have one of my boxes ready to paint. I used Rage Gold for the filler. It is my understanding that any pinholes can be filled with the primer, right?

Also, I am using flush mount rings. I used the Rage over the top of them but have raw mdf for the flush part and the inside wall of the ring. Do I need to body fill this or do you just prime over the raw mdf? Thanks!

dude you live in kemah? i was just down there in july for vacation--went to the kemah boardwalk-overpriced but the kids had fun. you should use a tube of bondo spot filler to help fill any holes first. couple bucks for a tube.
