QCA ring FAIL

So I bought this about a month or so ago and installed it a few days after, all was good. Well I install my 40.1 a few days ago before I take a 350 mile trip to my parents, after a couple hours bangin on it it starts kind of distorting at low volume but if I turned the volume up one or two clicks it would go away well after about 5 minutes it stopped playing all together. I said fuck it, I'll just wait till I get back home to check it out, I was spending most of the time there with the parents anyways.

So I get back home a few hours ago and I unscrew the box from my trunk floor then take the box out so I can take the sub out. Well I noticed something wrong as soon as I lifted the box out....the motor was OFF of the top assembly.

WTF happened here???

Look at all the ****ing aluminum dust/shavings WTF

All cleaned up, being shipped to PSI for a monster in the making.

maybe a 5400??? and it happened because the basket and motor werent completely screwed on tight enough and the vibration made it worse. so the motor started rocking back and forth, eating up the alum qca ring and the coil rock. i say the moto is no good and sell it to me for like 100 bucks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

oh and PS....looking at the pic with a lil bit of the coil in it looks to be a lms coil....
