q vs. bl

I think all the tc-3000 "will fail" Shit is getting old

The only subs mentioned in this thread are FI...of course, and DUB...the TC will fail before the dub?....Fi is good stuff, but ****

With 8 cubes...which is probably max before wood, port and driver displacement...I say get 1 18", 6-7 cubes net on 2500-3000 watts and call it a day. You're gonna need to upgrade your alternator more likely than not and get another battery or two in the back. Never hurts to have more reserve power than necessary. It's easy to get louder than people in this state too because they think they're the shit. They think JL is the most ungodly loud stuff you'll ever hear. Get 1 18, build the box properly, give it good power and a solid electrical to keep up with the demand and you'll easily be one of the louder people in Seattle.

And will fail mechanically quite a bit before any other sub mentioned in this thread.

mmmkkkk

It's obvious you are an Fi sackrider, and I've never seen you say anything good about TC, so next time refrain from hitting the reply button.

Also - Do explain how a Q is going outhandle a tc-3000 mechanically. I'd be interested to know.

sounds like your main worry is to be loud. The bl is more in that direction

The q is more of a sq driver.

Get a pair of loaded bl's, build a box as big as you can fit, tune it to 30 hz, and give it close to 130 sq inches of port.

If your runnin a pair of sundowns strapped you better be serious about your electrical too....
