Pyramid and Legacy...it proves everyone wrong

Well I happened to nochalantly get my hands on some sound equipment without putting an amazing hole in my checking account. I was a little iffy about the stuff at first, after reading opinions f what you guys here had to say, but I went ahead with it and installed everything...AND IT SOUNDS GREAT!!!! Trust me, I was surprised too. My friend has this Rockford Punch and a Rockford 600 watt amp (i think) and mine was getting better range and response than his. SO, if you have Pyramid and Legacy eqipment, give it a try and you might be impressed.

Pyramid 1000W 10', American Legacy Series II 800W, and the sub is in a competition bandpass box. Wired with Legacy 1000W kit.

I'm not at all surprised it sounds good. But if you can save just a little more you'd get a LOT more out of that set up with a bigger amp. You're only getting about 100x2 and MAYBE 300x1 if you're running it bridged. From my experience pyramid subs perform well when you give them the power they're rated for.
